Hi, I am one year post op and realize I liked my nose better when it was still swollen and had more of a lifted rip . I feel like it's very long now and does not fit my face as well as it did a few months ago . I also don't like the hanging columella and alar retraction left. Should I consider revision? Would good outcome be fairly easy? How long of a recovery would it be just to lift the tip and fix nostrils?
