I had my nose reduced quite a bit to a nice curve. However my nasal root is flat & my bones are wide & uneven (my R sticks out farther & higher than L) my cartilaginous vault dips in the supraalar crease area, especially when I breathe. Can my nasal root be taken in, is that called a transverse root osteotomy? For narrowing my nasal bones, is a low to low fracture pattern better? Can these 2 be combined? And lastly will medial/lateral osteotomies make breathing worse, can that be combated? Thx!
