So I'm an Asian 19 years old male, i had a rhinoplasty with which I'm not very happy about, i wanted a more narrowed and masculine looking face and i didn't get the results i wanted

Altering the height of the attachment of the nasal ala is not easily achieved, if at all. However, the tip of your nose appears a little too high. Of course, you are not looking for a revision rhinoplasty, but lowering the tip of your nose with a lengthening procedure might achieve the same...

Yes you should be able to remove what is added and adjust your nose . You will not be able to exactly get back to your old nose but it should be very feasible to move in that direction. Choose an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.
