I've had 4 septorhinoplasty with 3 rib grafts over the last 12 years (due you extreme trauma) my last septorhinoplasty was 2 years ago. Now my nose looks like a ski jump. Would a revision of the ski jump be as invasive as a septorhinoplasty? And would a rib graft be required to understate a revision surgery?

Depending on how much septal cartilage (from inside your nose) was taken from the previous surgeries, there may be a need for rib cartilage. An experienced revision rhinoplasty specialist commonly addresses these issues during revision surgery. You will likely need additional cartilage, possibly from your ears or rib, to provide graft material to reconstruct your nose.
