Should I get Eyelid surgery revision? What kind of revision? Fat graft?

It is very hard to tell from your photos.  From the first photo, your eyelid folds look fairly symmetrical and it is not worth doing a revision.  Your eyelids look quite full and youthful and generally in your situation fat grafting isn't done.

You have a normal assymetry of your eyelids. When you animate your face as in everyone the 2 sides don't move exactly the same. I would advise you to not chase after this and allow more time.

Your personal description of what you are seeing does not match how we as surgeons describe the eyelid.  That means that you need a consultation to determine what precisely is bothering you.  Without carefully defining the problem, it is impossible to resolve the issue.  The eye that you are calling the right is actually your left eye.  Medially, this fold is tucked in more than on the right.  The issue is actually incredibly subtle.  The other issue I see is that your fold on the right side is actually touching the lashes and on the left there is encroachment into the space you need for applying makeup.  The important thing is to find a surgeon who will sit with you and carefully define your concerns and then discuss an approach to resolve your issues.  

You are the only one who sees this slight difference. You are taking too much risk of making it worse--leave it alone!

The photographs are not optimal. It would be nice to see the position of your eyebrows. If you are not happy with the results, you can have your eyes evaluated by a board certified surgeon who specializes in these procedures.
