Do I need a revision chin lipo? My jawline contour is not as tight and defined as I was hoping for.

You have likely removed most of the offending fat.  Now, tightening the skin will help. You are young enough that a necklift is not the right way to go.  I'd do something like "Facetite" which uses radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin. It's a quick, in office, procedure that truly works.

It's not likely that more liposuction will help you.  It's importantly to correctly diagnose the cause of the fullness under your chin which is not always due to excess fat under the skin.

 More information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles to determine what is causing the fullness. It's very important to understand that there are two compartments of fat in the neck, and they are located above AND below the platysma muscle itself. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fatty deposits above the platysma muscle. A surgical neck lift is required to remove deposits below the platysma muscle which also includes a platysma plasty to give a significant improvement in the jawline the front of the neck. When patients have a recessive chin profile, it's important to consider performing a chin implant to augment the chin forward. When augmenting the chin forward, this gives better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck, improves the jawline significantly and is complementary to  the neck surgery.

To me those are good results. Most young people have a double chin and are not overweight have a mandible that lacks projection which seems to be the case with you. This typically goes hand-in-hand with a dental overbite and an overlap the project further than the lower lip.  because the primary problem is skeletal Liposuction doesn’t treat the primary underlying problem. that said, Liposuction is very effective in this area and it appears it gave you a nice result. further Liposuction is most likely not going to give much improvement though there is potential he some room for improvement with a second procedure. Overall my vote is to not have more Liposuction.I’m not a big believer in nonsurgical skin tightening procedures. I own one of the latest devices and I found it fairly underwhelming.The different components that need to be assessed in addressing someone’s neck include facial skeleton, platysma muscle, subcutaneous fat, skin and sub-platysmal fat.
