I had Kybella a year ago and my PA injected 4 vials at once. I am still very swollen with a hard bump of fat under my chin, that is worse than before treatment. The clinic didn’t know it was PAH (paradoxical adipose hyperplasia) until contacting Allergan directly (after many agonizing months), and advised chin lipo was the way to correct it. Have any doctors corrected Kybella-caused PAH with chin lipo and have good results? I am concerned with downtime and if the procedure will even work for me.
