Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided, your nose before surgery was overprojected and you have thick skin. Now (post-op) your nose is still overprojected (especially the tip). The radix is too low compared to your tip that is why it doesn't look good. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery to correct these. You will most probably need rib cartilage reconstruction.

I think you've had too much reduction of the top of your nose for what you want. It is certainly possible to bring your nose back towards the way it was, or even towards what you may have wanted all along. We would need to add cartilage back to the nose. This is something we do commonly
