What results & density should I expect 8 months post 3300 grafts FUE? Will vitamins help attain density?

Hello,Density is one of the most critical factors after hair transplantation.  Early on you may not be able to fully determine your density.  Density depends on various factors including the number of hairs  per cm squared, the thickness and vibrancy of hair, direction and design of hair.  Techniques for density vary from surgeon to surgeon.  In my office, we utilize a specialized technique that allows for optimizing density and found it to be helpful.

It is always a good idea to follow up with your doctor.  In general you would see results of a hair transplant surgery in 6 to 12 months. Sometimes longer.  FUE is just a method of harvesting grafts.  It has nothing to do with results.

At 8 months you still have a little bit more growing to do. There is still time for the density to get better, but if at 12 months you are still unhappy talk to your doctor about the possibility of getting a second HT to increase coverage.

Its difficult to answer your question without knowing what your hair looks like.  People with thick, light colored, curly hair tend to have more density then thin, dark or straight hair.  At 8 months most of the hair should have started to grow, but the thickness of the grafts may improve for the next few months.  Wait a full year then you should have a better idea.  You may require another procedure to get the density you desire.

This depends on the device used i.e manual vs neograft vs Artas and the transplant team.  You may want to discuss this in detail with your physician. 

At this point in time, you should see 90% of your end result with hair length of at least 1-2 inches. Below is a picture of a man 9 months following 2700 grafts and after seeing it I think you should expect something similar. He was much balder than you were.
