doctor is pleasant and knowledgeable. his staff is excellent, they were all extremely friendly, understanding and professional. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and the office was a clean and welcoming environment.
Wonderful experience with Dr. Saad ! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has a great bedside manner and I would definitely recommend him! I was slightly nervous about the Botox since i do not like needles but he definitely calmed my nerves with his demeanor. He was extremely gentle and i barely felt anything ! Will definitely be returning for further treatments!
I decided to go through with the procedure after meeting with Dr Saad who had gotten the procedure done himself. If it is good enough for the Dr performing the procedure it is good enough for me. Also the new technology with the neo graft machine was a big selling point. I did not want the scar that come with strip method. The procedure was a breeze and I barely had any pain durring or after. This is a testament to Dr Saad and his staff. They were excellent and I trusted them every step of the way. The result s are not complete yet so I can't say if I am thrilled that I did it yet....but the procedure itself and the staff were great.
My motivation to get this procedure was my insecurity of my increasing baldness so I decided to be proactive about it rather than continue band aids like Propecia or Rogaine. My baldness was the type of thinning in the frontal area which is really untreatable other than by this procedure. I did some research and found Dr. Adam Saad's practice. His website provided some good insight but I wanted to know more I was sick of seeing the bosely commercials and wanted to talk to him in person. I set up an appointment and met with Dr. Saad. He explained to me how his practice utilizes the most up to date NeoGraft machine. Dont quote me but I believe the NeoGraph machine they use is 1 of 8 in area, with 7 being in NYC and their machine being the only 1 in NJ. The machine apparently minimizes damage/scarring and is able to harvest the the hairs in the cleanest fashion. I am very into technology and a firm believer if you have the choice always go with the newest technology. I was also told that that within a week I would have minimal appearance of the procedure, so I decided to go for it. The staff was great and comforting. On the day of my procedure, the worst part was the needles numbing my skin, mainly bc I have a fear of needles, after that I felt nothing. I got there at 8am, the first part of the procedure took approx 3 hours, which was to harvest the hair to be transplanted. This came from the back and side of my head. They where able to take a little from here and there, in a random fashion, so there was no real tramatized area rather it was spread out. Also I believe the machine took the hair so cleanly that it healed very quickly after and actually closed up by the end of the procedure. After the harvest it was like 11:30am, Dr. Saad bought me lunch, then by Noon where started the planting. That took until about 2:30pm and then I was all done. The staff was so efficient and nice. I mostly slept during the procedure and listened to music. I drove myself there and home so sedation was not an issue. I took it easy over the weekend and even received a person phone call from Dr. Saad which was nice. I was somewhat self conscious about the procedure so I took the week off from work. I went back to work the next week and no one in the office said anything. They didnt even notice that I had a procedure done. Its too early to see the results but the technology used, efficiency of staff, skill of Dr. Saad, and most important the minimal invasiveness/recovery makes me realized I chose the right people to take care of me.

I had been considering undergoing a hair transplant procedure for many years. In my evaluation of the different harvesting methods, I was always heasitant to do the strip method for the lack of recovery time needed to be away from the workplace and noticable incision scar [especially in the first few months post treatment]. When I researched the NeoGraft method, I saw the benefits of the transplantation with less down time away from work. Given the yield of harvested grafts might be less than the strip, it was still within my acceptable range of what was necessary to meet my expectations post procedure. Experience matters - which is what led me to choose The Plastic Surgery Center of NJ. From the initial consultation, it was evident that my results and satisfaction were paramount to the practice. Dr. Adam Saad was with me from the beginning of the procedure through the entire process. Calling me personally post procedure to check on my recovery and following up regularly with me to monitor my recovery. Within days, the tiny incisions where the grafts were harvested from began to close and heal. By day 9-10, I was able to return to the workplace (with a high and tight hair cut, but no noticable look of having a hair procedure). I am waiting eagerly to see results from the transplanted grafts as I am still merely 2 months post op. The atmosphere during the procedure was personal, private, professional and positive. Will repeat if more coverage is deemed necessary in a few years
You would be a great candidate for transplant. FUE would be your best bet to minimize scaring. Be aware that if you use chemicals again the same thing can happen to the transplanted hair. See a board certified plastic surgeon to have a full evaluation. Good luck!
You are a good candidate for transplant. It would take between 500-1000 grafts total. Each practice will have its own way of pricing but be careful about price shopping. Like most things in life you get what you pay for. Good luck!
Cost in hair transplant usually is related to the number of grafts that need to be transplanted. This number can differ from patient to patient as well as desired results. Eyebrow restoration usually requires 400-600 grafts per side. Good luck!
Most reputable practices have a minimum cost for hair transplant including eyebrows. This is because usually only one procedure can be done per day, the cost of the machine and staff. The costs you have been quoted seem accurate. Good luck
Judging from your pictures you do not appear to have tuberous breasts. You appear to be a good candidate for implants. Make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over you options. Good luck!
