It is possible to change the shape of your nose, but not necessarily all the way back to what you used to have. A graft can be used to raise your nasal bridge. The tip can be rotated down some, but that is the most difficult part of the procedure. The tip can be widened as well. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, it is possible to make your nose have a more natural appearance with a revision. Maneuvers would include dorsal onlay with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia, tip deprojection, placement of extended spreader grafts to derotate the tip, mastoid fascia tip graft, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Generally speaking, it is impossible to get a birth nose back after undergoing rhinoplasty surgery. Based on what you posted, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance. If you would be content with permanent non-surgical bridge raising so that your bridge is less curved on profile, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for raising your bridge for a less curved profile.
