Possible to restore birth nose features: higher/wider bridge, bulbous tip & ptotic nose tip that projects downwards? (Photos)

I went to Turkey for a primary to slightly reduce my bulbous tip and ended up with a Barbie nose. Any chance to: 1. Restore my nasal bridge height/width/contours same in size/shape as my birth nose 2. Restore the ptotic nasal tip I had, where I want my nose to project downward instead of outward. I want my columella to hang in the same fashion as my birth nose. 3. Widen my nose tip so it is more bulbous and flares out from the bridge just as my birth nose.
