Tip lift to correct nose width? (Photo)

Question

After having my bridge augmented I noticed my nose became longer and wider than before surgery. Since nostril reduction may make my nose look pinched, would simply elevating/rotating the tip make my nose look closer to how it was before the bridge augmentation? I don't like how the rectangular shape has become triangular.

Hello. When I look at the photos you uploaded, your nose doesn't actually look like it's pinched. still the tip and dorsum area are wide. There may be some boxy deformity. It may not have made you happy because it did not fit the nose shape you wanted. If you can convey the nose shape you want, it will be possible to make a more accurate evaluation. If it is possible, you can choose revision.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers.
. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

I think the height of your bridge is nice. I also see your concerns about an exacerbation of a droopy tip after placement of your graft. Before considering for the surgery, please be sure to wait at least 12 months from the date of your surgery. Your nose appears to be swollen in your photograph.
