Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to correct this and derotate the tip. I will usually perform this by releasing all scar tissue and placing extended spreader grafts to de-rotate the tip. With good surgical technique, you could likely have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
