Is it possible to restore a ptosis nose tip?

Question

I had a ptosis nose tip which I loved. I went to Turkey for a rhinoplasty and the doctor completely transformed my nasal tip without my consent. It is no upturned and pinched together. Anyway to restore that?

Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to correct this and derotate the tip. I will usually perform this by releasing all scar tissue and placing extended spreader grafts to de-rotate the tip. With good surgical technique, you could likely have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
