I’ve had a rhino and a revision with the same doctor to fix the nose creases that formed from my first rhino. I don’t know if he cut too much skin and thus caused these creases but he told me he could fix it by adding some stuff to fill in the creases. Upon waking up from my surgery I noticed he did no such thing and since he fixed the assymetrical nostril from the first time, he cut more skin and thus formed more of a crease from the first time. How can I fix this during my third nose job?

Thank you for your question. It is possible to restore a nasal tip after a rhinoplasty procedure. However, I would need to see photographs and highly recommend a virtual consultation to give you an opinion regarding options.
