I need a brow lift, but I cannot afford to lose any hair. Can the incision be placed just in front of my hairline so that the scar will be covered by my bangs? Or will this scar be impossible to conceal? My hairline is fairly low. I would like to preserve the height of my forehead. Alternatively, will the incisions of a temporal brow lift inevitably lead to hair loss?

Answer: Brow Lift Thank you for your question. The endoscopic brow lift is especially helpful in address sagging in the brow area, softening vertical lines between the eyebrows and horizontal creases in the forehead. The end result is a more youthful appearance to the brow and upper eyelid region without compromising your hair line. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. Best wishes,
