After a direct brow lift on day ten my surgeon could not remove the right side suture line x it was a nonabsorbable blue suture material x he said it would not cause any inflammation. I have developed a suture abscess and can see the blue close to the inflamed area x should this be removed under local to stop future inflammations ??
