My eyebrows are very high up my face and it disturbs the overall facial proportions. They remind me of clown eyebrows. I want to lower them surgically by a good couple of millimeters. I'm not interested in botox or any temporary options. It is possible to cut below the eyebrow and remove a piece of skin and then stitch it up? Kind of in the same method as a lip lift.

Answer: Lowering eyebrows In a case like yours, surgical lowering of the eyebrows would not be an option. I do feel that with an eyebrow transplant, your eyebrows could be shaped and lowered (within reason) as desired, regardless of any possible aponeurosis tendon weakness if it even exists.

Answer: People with loose skin on the upper eyelid often compensate by unconsciously raising the eyebrows. A conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty may allow you to relax the muscles that hold your eyebrows in an elevated position. See an expert to get an evaluation and to discuss options. I do not believe a surgical procedure to lower your eyebrows is a good idea.
