I have a weak and rather underdeveloped upper jaw and lower jaw along with a very prominent forehead and orbital rim with a sloped forehead. It's not due to balding because my hair has been lime this since I was 12. I recently did otoplasty and figured that thia would be my last surgery and I'm done! I would rather want to know the surgical approach to this because I don't think fillers would do any justice due to the sloped angle of my forehead. I price range would also be greatly appreciated.

In order to address the points you’re concerned about you could have a custom implant made from a CAD 3D model based on a facial CT scan. The implant will then be placed in your forehead. You could consider other options such as bone filler that can be injected, fat transfer, and Sculptra injections. These are less invasive options. I think your questions would be best answered in a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Forehead augmentation is best done using a custom implant made from a 3D CT scan. This is the best technique to ensure a smooth forehead shape that adequately corrects the backward slope.
