I know that all sizes of areolas are normal, but I am also aware that there is a desirable size to the majority of people out there. I myself do not like the size of mine and I think that they are slightly puffy and my breasts sag. Will the puffiness go away? I would also like to know whether surgery for my areolas is worth it? Im a 32 D, 5'1". No kids. What is your opinion and what options do I have?

Areolas (and breasts!) come in all different sizes and shapes and yours are normal. The areola seems to be positioned appropriately on the breast mound and is harmonious in size to the rest of the breast. There is no way to nonsurgically reduce the size of the areola. Hope this helps!
You are still very early in your recovery and all seems to be healing appropriately. Be sure to closely follow post op instructions, discuss your concerns with your surgeon, and keep all follow up appointments.
It is possible to have a revision to areola reduction surgery in order to improve your results. However I encourage you to discuss your goals for the procedure as well as the risks and benefits. It is a risk that the areola can stretch again after surgery.
