Based on your pictures, I would personally perform a vertical endoscopic mid-face lift . You would get to add the benefit of more defined cheekbones, more glamorous, three-quarter profile with a shorter face. I hope this helps, best of luck !

Do you need jaw reduction? No. But would it look nice? Very likely. We do these surgeries several times each week. The surgery is done through the inside of the mouth and can reduce the jaw in almost any direction or dimension needed for an attractive result. Watch our videos to learn more.

When you are not smiling your facial balance looks good. Facial changes when animating are difficult to change. In your case, some minor changes can be made to both the vertical height and horizontal projection with chin shaving. A Ct would be helpful to determine your vertical chin height.
