How can I reduce my chin size? I am hoping to get more harmony to my face (Photos)

I know there are complications potentially involved and that is scary to me. What is also the best way to tackle the issue without causing the skin to later sag?

Based on your pictures, I would personally perform a vertical endoscopic mid-face lift . You would get to add the benefit of more defined cheekbones, more glamorous, three-quarter profile with a shorter face. I hope this helps, best of luck !
