20F. I’m looking to improve my face and I believe my jawline is quite masculine. It’s long and pointy, giving off a weird appearance. What procedure would be the best for correcting this?

When you are not smiling your facial balance looks good. Facial changes when animating are difficult to change. In your case, some minor changes can be made to both the vertical height and horizontal projection with chin shaving. A Ct would be helpful to determine your vertical chin height.
