im wondering which procedures would be best to achieve results similar to the second photo. im hoping to have a more oval and symmetrical face created. i have quite a large jawbone angle and my cheekbones are also too large for my face

My recommendation would be a genioplasty for the chin and jawline contouring. A genioplasty would bring your chin down and elongate the jawline. It would also round out the chin to create a softer appearance. Jawline contouring will slim down the jawline, creating a rounder look. However, there is a limit as to how much can be shaved down. You could potentially add buccal fat removal to reduce some of the fullness and create more contour in your cheeks.
