i am curious if these images indicate any need for reduction. i have received jaw botox for TMJ in the past but can't tell if my large chin is a result of weight gain, muscle hypertrophy, or something else. i am also open to other suggestions.

When you are not smiling your facial balance looks good. Facial changes when animating are difficult to change. In your case, some minor changes can be made to both the vertical height and horizontal projection with chin shaving. A Ct would be helpful to determine your vertical chin height.
