I've always had very heavy bottom of my face. Please advise me with the best cure for my problem (Photo)

I'm 24 years old and since I remember I've always had very heavy bottom of my face , which makes me look older in my opinion. It seems like there is an excess amount of skin , I really don't wanna go through jawline shaving because it's way too intrusive for my liking. I´´m attaching photos of which results id like to get and what is my main concern.
