What can I do about my big jaw and chin? (photos)

When you are not smiling your facial balance looks good. Facial changes when animating are difficult to change. In your case, some minor changes can be made to both the vertical height and horizontal projection with chin shaving. A Ct would be helpful to determine your vertical chin height.

There is a procedure to reduce the jaw. This is something we do every week at my office. Through the inside of the mouth the jawbone can be seen and then the areas that are too full are reduced.
