Very hard/boxy/sharp tip. Can this be corrected? (Photo)

If you have thin nasal skin, grafts may have to be inserted to provide adequate structural support. The placement of the grafts may be contributing to the boxy tip, which can be better defined during revision to create a softer, more natural-looking appearance. Your septum crookedness can also be evaluated and corrected during the same surgical procedure.

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided your tip looks too sharp, deviated and droopy. I highly recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery because the more you wait the more the tip can drop.You will most probably need a cartilage reconstruction. Don't worry it is fixeable.

You have thin skin and many of the cartilage edges have become visible as the skin has tightened around the nose. A revision rhinoplasty will be the way to fix this with softening of those edges. I use a number of techniques to address those situations.
