Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty. The cartilage of the tip can be refined to make them more symmetric and smoother so you don't see the square angles. The septum may be able to be made straighter as well. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

I highly recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery because the more you wait the more the tip can drop.You will most probably need a cartilage reconstruction. Don't worry it is fixeable.

You have thin skin and many of the cartilage edges have become visible as the skin has tightened around the nose. A revision rhinoplasty will be the way to fix this with softening of those edges. I use a number of techniques to address those situations.
