Dear doctors, in 2024 I have my revision rhinoplasty, mostly to deproject my nose (make it shorter). I am also interested in forehead lowering to make my forehead shorter. Which procedure shall I do first? My concern is when I do the forehead after the nose job, my nose will be more projected again. This happening because of the "new" correlation between the nose and forehead? Or is this not the case? I prefer doing the forehead after the nose, but i am a bit afraid for this reason
