9 months post op . I feel there . is a lot of scar tissue at the top area which makes my nose looks bigger wider and also longer . My cast off results were perfect and also a amonth post op . And after everything changed …. and went downhill . I see inverted V deformity Cartilage drifted Droppy tip( main concern) Scar tissue I can’t find Dr in Melbourne who does kenalog

Hello! Thank you for your question.Regarding the photos and information you provided, I would recommend you a revision rhinoplasty instead of injection. The injection will help for a while and disappear again. If you are looking for a permanent result, I recommend a revision rhinoplasty. You have thin skin so your expectation can be achieved.
