I’m seeking a revision rhinoplasty and hate to go through the recovery all over again. I’ve read some revisions can be done closed. Is this far inferior to open? Anyone who specializes in this procedure? I’m looking to fix a wide bridge, hanging columella, pinched sides, and add definition to the tip.
