I plan to have revision rhinoplasty 6-8 months after giving birth but I want to continue feeding breast milk for 12 months. I plan to pump and bottle feed the breast milk. I want to know if I can pump and dump for a few weeks after surgery, to ensure I maintain a full supply of milk?
