I'm thinking about fractional CO2 laser treatment facial scaring and generally unhealthy and tired looking skin, but I have quite a lot of thin, red veins on and around my nose so I'm worried about what effect this might have on them. I don't want to make them worse. Also I have oily, acne prone skin with some very minor rosacea is this likely to benefit from laser treatment or will it be aggravated by it? Thanks
