Hello! Rhinoplasty would be a great option for your nose. I feel it's very important to create natural results which fit the patient's face. For the hump, you can reduce it while avoiding a "swooped" appearance. The tip can be refined and the angle improved with support to assist with the drooping. I prefer open rhinoplasty in order to create very precise results. This involves using a structure approach via cartilage from the septum.
