It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Your best option is a formal rhinoplasty that removes the hump, refines the tip and corrects the tip droopiness.

Hello, You can benefit from preservation rhinoplasty procedure. It can improve the shape of your nose and address the concerns. The dorsal hump and size of your nose can be improved. The tip can be narrowed, rotated and defined. The crookedness can be corrected. It is better to consult a facial plastic surgeon and discuss how your nose might look after the procedure.

Your concerns are subtle but valid, and would be treated with a rhinoplasty. You have a slight excess infratip lobule, bulbous tip, and a small dorsal hump as you point out. You also have a little bit of alar rim retraction. These concerns would be addressed with a rhinoplasty. Tough to say based on your photographs and the lighting, but you may be a candidate for dorsal preservation if your surgeon is comfortable with that technique. I would advise an open rhinoplasty for the most precise tip shaping.

What would a Rhinoplasty‘s on you entail? there is not a whole lot about your nose that should be changed. The tip is somewhat broad and could be made thinner and more refined .a tiny dorsal hump could be trimmed .the lobule could be elevated ever so slightly but should be lower than the nostrils. A finesse rhinoplasty geared at making very small changes could be done but Care must be taken not to do too much to your nose which is already not so bad.
