Crooked & round tip - what would you recommend to fix my nose? (Photos)

What would a Rhinoplasty‘s on you entail? there is not a whole lot about your nose that should be changed. The tip is somewhat broad and could be made thinner and more refined .a tiny dorsal hump could be trimmed .the lobule could be elevated ever so slightly but should be lower than the nostrils. A finesse rhinoplasty geared at making very small changes could be done but Care must be taken not to do too much to your nose which is already not so bad.

For the hump, you can reduce it while avoiding a "swooped" appearance. The tip can be refined and the angle improved with support to assist with the drooping. I prefer open rhinoplasty in order to create very precise results. This involves using a structure approach via cartilage from the septum.
