Crooked & round tip - what would you recommend to fix my nose? (Photos)

Hi! I'm bothered that my nose is crooked (tilts to one side) and the tip looks very round. I don't like how the tip goes way further down than the sides of my nose. When I smile, it looks even droopier. I don't mind my side profile too much but I do have a slight nasal hump and would also like the height reduced a tiny bit. I'm looking for subtle changes where I still look like myself but improved. What procedures would you recommend and could I obtain subtle results while fixing my concerns?

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The small bump can be taken down. The tip can be refined to look a bit thinner while also lifting the droop and giving better support. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Thank you for your question. I think rhinoplasty is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Your concerns are subtle but valid, and would be treated with a rhinoplasty. You have a slight excess infratip lobule, bulbous tip, and a small dorsal hump as you point out. You also have a little bit of alar rim retraction. These concerns would be addressed with a rhinoplasty. Tough to say based on your photographs and the lighting, but you may be a candidate for dorsal preservation if your surgeon is comfortable with that technique. I would advise an open rhinoplasty for the most precise tip shaping.

What would a Rhinoplasty‘s on you entail? there is not a whole lot about your nose that should be changed. The tip is somewhat broad and could be made thinner and more refined .a tiny dorsal hump could be trimmed .the lobule could be elevated ever so slightly but should be lower than the nostrils. A finesse rhinoplasty geared at making very small changes could be done but Care must be taken not to do too much to your nose which is already not so bad.
