I would like to see how I may look with a smaller "cuter" nose. When I do not smile, I do not mind my nose - maybe the bridge a little smaller. However when I smile the tip curves down and takes over my face.

There are a number of software programs that can be used by your plastic surgeon to alter and modify your photographs to show what could be achieved with a rhinoplasty. It allows you to see what would happen if your dorsum is reduced and narrowed and your tip projection slightly increased, so that it does not droop when you smile.
