What rhinoplasty surgery would I require?

I would like minimal surgery, hopefully closed. What would I need to ask for and research to get the result I have edited? I would like to keep my front profile the same, I am just insecure about my side profile. My nose is just too long from the side profile

Often times patients wanting a shorter nose from the profile really mean they want to tip deprojection. It is difficult to do this in the closed approach and results can be quite unsatisfying to patients and surgeons alike. The best approach for tip de projection is via the open rhinoplasty approach. A good rhinoplasty surgeon will talk you through the operation and all of the expectations as well as realistic outcomes for your face and your nose.
