If I were to get the o-shot, would it be safe to also do laser hair removal down there, a few months later?

I would avoid laser vaginal rejuvenation right after the O-shot so it will not destroy the platelets injected but, Okay to do it right before the O-shot.

The O shot is done in two areas of the vagina, both of which are not parts of your body that have hair, so the laser should never touch your clitoris or your anterior wall of your vaginal vault.
