A mini facelift that includes SMAS lifting will lift the cheeks, lift the lower face, and tighten the neck. All things that cannot be accomplished with fillers. I think you would be very happy with the results.

Hello; From what I can see with your photos; you are between 40-50 years old. Again, as far as I can see; tear through area is sunken, anterior face is down, jowl is prominent, marionette line is prominent and prejowl is sunken. Your chin; looks short, there is looseness in your neck and platysmal bands that have formed; under your chin. Nevertheless, malar area and zygomatic arch; are overfilled with fillers. Filling implementation is definitely not suitable for you. Pronounced Jowl and Marionette Lines have formed. Therefore, Mini Facelift; will not be sufficient. With Mini Facelift; neither jowl nor marionette line, nor tear through area; nor medial cheek area is effected. My advice for you is; Temporal Lift for your midface, dual plane facelift for your cheeks, necklift for neck and under the chin fields. In the meantime, lower and upper blephatoplasty can also be applied.

Issues related to the lower 1/3 of the face are usually related to the shape and size of the mandible, especially the mandible’s relationship to the maxilla.
In your case, your mandible is slightly small in relationship to your maxilla, and this lack of foundation can cause premature aging with loss of jawline definition, the formation of a premature double chin and jowl formation.From a soft tissue perspective, the correct treatment would be a neck lift/face lift.
Growing a bigger mandible isn’t really an option.
