I would like to restore volume to my cheeks and stop/reverse the sagging that is beginning around my mouth. I would prefer the most natural looking and long-lasting solution. I am open to fillers, mini facelift, fat grafting.

Hello; The lifting affect to be applied on the zygoma and middle cheek fields; with high filling; both volume and lifting affect can be created on the front face. PLA (Sculptra, Lanluma) injection; can be made on the side face for providing skin tightening. If you are considering for surgery; I recommend for Endoscopic Midface Lift; not Mini Face Lift treatment.

One thing to consider is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. At the same time, you can undergo fat injections around the malar area if you want more fullness.
