Can a mini facelift help? (Photo)

Question

I had buccal fat removal done in order achieve a v shape jawline. However, i got the opposite. My face fell inward and downward. My under eyes and nasolabial folds are awful. Could a mini lift help pick my cheeks back up? And paired with fat grafting can i fix my under eyes and achieve more of the v shape jawline I was after?

Hello; From the wet cheeks removed during bichectomy; it is a structure that; extends to the temple area. When too much is removed; it causes for a sunken and aged appearance on the cheek and malar fields. Mini facelift also; there is an incision in front of the ear and tissues; it is pulled obliquely, not upwards. I tell you that; made with a small incision through the hair at the temple; I recommend for a mid-face lift. It both pulls the cheeks up and provides for support under the eyes. Additionally, the cheek area looks fuller. If it is necessary; fat injection may also be added.

Facial aesthetics, especially in young people is primarily determined by skeletal structure.
Even soft tissue issues often have bone structure as their primary underlying ideology.
Removing volume in the face can definitely lead to premature aging, so I’m not a big fan of removing fat by any technique.
I don’t think you need a mini facelift.
Restoring some of the removed volume could be helpful.
It’s difficult to reverse buccal fat removal.
