I had hyper diluted Radiesse injected on my lower face, jawline, and neck and now I have developed nodules that look awful. My provider flushed them with saline and recommended that I see a plastic surgeon to address the issues that I am seeing. Would a lower or mini facelift be appropriate and is that a possibility given the nodules I currently have?

You would benefit from a chin implant to balance your face. You would also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
