What is the best way to tighten the skin on my neck, and lower face jawline? (Photo)

I just turned 40 and have begun to notice significant sagging along my neck, lower face, and jawline. I had hyper diluted Radiesse injected on my lower face, jawline, and neck and now I have developed nodules that look awful. My provider flushed them with saline and recommended that I see a plastic surgeon to address the issues that I am seeing. Would a lower or mini facelift be appropriate and is that a possibility given the nodules I currently have?

You have a vertically oriented face, your eyes are quite sucken and you appear thin. You have not told us your height and weight. One alternative is to gain a few pounds and that may soften the contour areas of the neck. Another alternative is a mini face lift. The incision would be placed in front or behind the ear and pulls up the lower portion of the face and neck.

A properly done facelift is the best way to tighten skin of the face and neck although I think you are on the young side. However I’m sure there are plenty of good surgeons willing to perform a facelift on you
