Can these be removed during breast lift/augmentation?

Unfortunately the stretch marks in the upper part of the breast cannot be removed following a breast uplift / augmentation. The excess skin is removed from the lower part of the breast. You do need to be aware that the stretch marks may actually become a bit more stretched and prominent following an uplift / augmentation as the breast that is lax and deflated at the moment will be fuller and firmer after the procedure, thereby stretching out the overlying skin. This may be more noticeable immediately after the procedure, but should hopefully be less so as the swelling settles in 3 to 6 months.

Unfortunately based on the location of your stretch marks they can not be removed during the breast lift portion of your procedure.  There are no good treatment options for stretch marks other than cutting them out but because you do not have significant skin excess yours will not be affected.  Hope this helps.

Yes, stretch marks can be treated and improved, but not at the time of your augmentation. In our practice we have had excellent results with a combination of Erbium laser treatments  along with microneedling/radiofrequency. This requires a series of treatments that can begin before augmentation and continue after augmentation. Best of luck to you.
