i tried going to beauty clinic having botox, RF and HIFU 7D but don’t make any big difference . what should i do?

Hello, thank you for your question and your photos.
This has not improved because the problem is fat and loose skin, not muscle or skin quality. That’s why Botox, RF and HIFU didn’t work.
The correct treatment is neck liposuction. If there is significant loose skin, it should be combined with a neck lift to avoid worsening sagging. Non-surgical treatments will not correct this.

Thank you for your question. If the neck roll or double-chin area did not improve with weight loss and you’ve already tried Botox, RF, and HIFU without meaningful change, this usually means the issue is fat accumulation rather than skin quality alone.
In these cases, submental (double-chin) liposuction is typically the most appropriate and effective treatment. Energy-based and injectable treatments can help mild skin tightening, but they cannot remove fat, which is why you haven’t seen a significant result.
Double-chin liposuction directly removes the excess fat and can dramatically improve the neck contour and jawline definition. If your skin elasticity is reasonably good, the skin usually retracts well on its own after the procedure.
Based on what you’ve described, liposuction would give you a far more noticeable and satisfying result than continuing non-surgical treatments.
