Is it possible to fix the look of my neck without surgery that include drains? (Photos)

I had a neck lift done 10 years ago and it looked good initially, but then it healed with a horseshoe look under my chin. The plastic surgeon did another surgery to correct it. 10 years later and I’m upset with the way my neck looks. Is it possible?possibleto have a procedure to smooth things out without having to do all the drains like the original surgery? ?

Liposuction does cause some internal scarring and fibrosis. However, a highly experienced facial surgery specialist will not have any trouble completing a necklift in patients that have previously undergone liposuction. It's really not anymore risky and can give a great result for the neck.
