How difficult is a neck lift procedure if you have previous fibrosis from chin lipo? (Photo)

I’ve had chin lipo and have fibrosis under neck , and not satisfied , I really want to do a neck lift but I’m scared it’s more difficult , or more dangerous , is it? how difficult is it or will I get turned away for having fibrosis? Thank you
