I am looking for a board certified doctor who would be on board to do breast augmentation on MS patient

Already discussed with my neurologist about my desires and he is on board... My MS is stable and he is willing to give me medical clearance. Also thinking of lipo sculpture and BBL ... any input or experienced appreciated

You will need clearance from your doctor. However, if your doctor clears you, there are no significant barriers to breast surgery. Since your wishlist contains several procedures, an in person consultation is definitely appropriate to determine if you are a candidate. Then all appropriate pre-operative work up can be undertaken.

Loveharmony13.    I have performed breast augmentation and other cosmetic procedures on patients with different medical issues, including MS, without problem. My primary criteria is always medical clearance from the specialist treating each particular medical issue. I also consult personally with that physician and discuss all aspects of the planned surgery and recovery. You may want to stage your procedures. however that depends on various factors to be determined by physical examination. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Since you have clearance from your neurologist, you should be safe to proceed with surgery.   It is very
important that you thoroughly research your surgeon before committing to
surgery. It is a good idea to research your surgeon's educational background,
online reviews, before & after pictures, and speak with anyone who you may
know who has had surgery with that surgeon. During your consultation, make sure
that you don't feel rushed and make sure that you have adequate time with your
surgeon and not just their patient coordinator or nurses. If the majority of
your consultation is spent with someone other than the surgeon, this is usually
not a good sign. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified expert surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

The most important things you mentioned here are that your MS is stable and your neurologist is on board and willing to clear you for surgery.  If you were my patient and I agreed that you are a good surgical candidate, then I would have no problem operating on you.  As far as a BBL, I would probably recommend starting with the breast augmentation and recovering from that first.  Adding the BBL could be quite a stress for your body, which could cause a flare of your MS.  Again, I would rely on your neurologist and their input on that matter.

If you are stable and are cleared, there is no reason you could not have cosmetic surgery. My one request would be to do one thing at a time and not pile on surgery ontop of surgery. Start with the augment and perhaps some lipo, but dont get carried away.
