The staining is difficult to see on the pictures.
The dent is more discernible. This may  be a bit of retracted scar tissue (if you had a heamatoma) or reaction to the filler.
It can be filled again with some low viscosity filler superficially.
The shadowing obscures the lower lid margin so difficult to see if the orbital fat is prolapsing.
Have it assessed by a PS that does lower lid surgery too.

Although it is difficult to say exactly fromyour photos there is hope to expedite this problem. it would be helpful to knowwhat product was used. There are enzymes that can help deflate any remainingfiller or possibly adding filler to "camouflage" the dent. Tattoolasers with a 524 wavelength have been used successfully to eliminatehemosiderin staining which otherwise takes amply time to dissipate 

I was injecting tear troughs on Friday and was discussing the the injections need to be deep.  This help prevent this.  

The hyaluronic acid that was used under your eye has caused a Tyndall effect, the blue tint, and is holding water.  See a doctor who is an experienced injector and can use a small amount of hyaluronidase to dissolve the excess HA.  All the best to you, Alexis Parker MD

Sometimes after injection of filler under eyes cause bluish discoloration, thats because of mis-placement of the filler. It might need to be dissolved and with picosecond tattoo laser removal treat the pigmentation if the swelling and discoloration does not fade after dissolving the filler.

Hi melissa809,Usually fillers have been resorbed after a year. However, hemosederin staining can last far longer. The dent under your left eye may be due to fat prolapsing, granuloma or filler. Your doctor can tell whether it is due to filler than can be dissolved by hyaluronidase.Laser can help dissolve the hemosederin staining for as long as you are a good candidate.All the best,Justin Harper, M.D.
