I had tear trough filler 1 year ago. I was left with bruising that another ps told me was hemosederin staining. It has been one year and there is still some visible bruising as well as a dent under my left eye. I assume this is the filler somehow migrating. How much longer do I need to wait for the filler to dissolve and the hemosederin staining to disappear?
