Your buttock indeed has a nice natural projection and contour without any sagging, at least not evident in these photos. However, if you simply want more volume and/or projection that you cannot achieve in the gym then surgical augmentation may be considered. For a relatively lean patient like yourself, the only relatively safe, reliable, and permanent option is buttock implants. Glad to help.
You have a great buttock shape. It can be slightly improved with sculptra injections or fat transfer, if you have any fat to take. But I think you do not need to do anything.
You certainly do not need a buttlift. I think that liposuction of the sides and back and maybe lateral thighs with fat transfer to the buttocks could improve your appearance. Lunges, squats, and other exercises that cause hypertrophy of the gluteus muscles will help the result. Squats and lunges will only increase muscle bulk and definition which is probably a good thing in most women looking to achieve a more projected, lifted buttock.
From your pictures you do not seem to have any sagging in your buttocks. In fact, you seem to have a very beautiful shape as it is and I probably wouldn't change anything about it. That said, if you're still feeling insecure and there is something in particular that is bothering you about it, I recommend that you book and in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss all your questions and concerns and any potential options to get the result that you are looking for. It's always difficult to give a correct assessment from pictures alone.
Thank you for your question.Based on photos, you have a great shape to the buttock area. It does not appear that you have any sagging. I would at this time, not recommend any surgical procedures. Squats are a great way to maintain the shape and position of the buttock.
Dear Resourceful714,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD
Hello, thanks for your question and photos. It's not easy to advise without a physical exam, but your buttock doesn't look saggy at all. Maybe you just need going to the gym to get a more athletic contour. As I see by the photos, you don't need any surgery or implants. Good Luck!
You can enhance the shape and make it fuller using an implant. You would be a good candidate for Buttock Implant. Please be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.
Dear Resourceful714,Unless your buttocks are EXTREMELY photogenic there is no sagginess. I see only very nice gluteal aesthetics. Stop feeling insecure and appreciate the beauty of what you have.
You have excellent posterior projection of your buttocks with a nice curve. I suppose you could make an argument that adding a little more volume on the sides in the hip area would add increased femininity.i’m not appreciating any problems with lines under your buttocks. Some people have a fold there and others don’t. Some people have a second fold from what’s called a banana roll. A banana roll is a skinfold that forms in a standing position and goes away as we lean forward. it’s a skinfold and should not be treated with liposuction or fat manipulation though it can sometimes be improved with fat transfer. fat transfer often called a BBL is probably the best procedure for you. It is particularly good for adding a volume laterally or on the sides. Gluteal implants are an option and give excellent projection on the posterior or backside but you already have a good projection from that view.another option is to simply rearrange your perspective on life and realize that you have a nice bottom and don’t need any surgical intervention. All of these are options for you.Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
You have scarring contracture in that area, and perhaps some fat atrophy from trauma. I would wait at least 6 months after the accident, and then consider fat transfer to that area. You might need a few sessions, and the surgeon should attempt to break up the scarring under the...
Thank you for your question.Fat grafting would be a great option to help fill this area in and make it symmetric to the other side. I would recommend an in person consultation for a definite answer. If there is scar tissue there, it may require some release of that along with the fat injections.
This procedure would require finesse of an experienced surgeon. I would most likely perform a scar revision with or without a fat transfer to fill in whatever depressions is left after the scar revision. Please be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this p...
