Hello, the 10th of June last summer I fell down the stairs and landed on my left buttcheek. The pain was horrendous and I got the biggest black and blue mark, but also a weird indentation that didnt leave. Ive been so miserable. I've cried. I don't know what to do, to get this to go away. Thank you for your question.Fat grafting would be a great option to help fill this area in and make it symmetric to the other side. I would recommend an in person consultation for a definite answer. If there is scar tissue there, it may require some release of that along with the fat injections.
