What can be done for saggy square area? Low body fat, very fit.

I exercise a lot and have improved in all area but this tiny saggy butt crack area. What remedies are available?

Thank you for your question.  The square lower inner buttock pole is a very common problem that until recently hasn't had a good fix.  Therefore, you will not see many pictures on the web showing improvements.  Over the years, I have developed and improved the "Thong Lift" which would be an excellent procedure for your buttock issues. Unfortunately, most of the pictures are not appropriate for my gallery on the website, however I encourage you to contact Jen at my office, and I can send the pictures to you directly. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

If after physical exam, the problem is noted to be deflation of the buttock then restoring volume with an buttock implant may do the trick. If however it is just skin laxity in that local area then a modified lower buttock tuck of that area will probably be needed to round it out again. Glad to help

Correcting what you describe is difficult. The best approach seems to be Dr. Mendieta’s Miami thong lift. This is a limited skin excision.  Adding fat in that area will make it worse.  Probably the best approach is to accept  your body as being youthful and attractive and far better than most women’s.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
