Sorry to hear of your previous misfortune with buttock implants. However if you can get up enough courage to go through the procedure again, you will likely find that it is your best and only permanent option to help roll up that upper inner buttock cheek and create more of a fuller/deeper buttock crack. Thus, concealing more of your tailbone in the process. Infections can and do happen with any and all types of surgery. If buttock implants are performed by an expert, the infection rate can be as low as 0.5%. Glad to be of help.

This procedure would require finesse of an experienced surgeon.  I would most likely perform a scar revision with or without a fat transfer to fill in whatever depressions is left after the scar revision.  Please be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.
