I noticed the indent in 2015 on my right butt cheek and it seems to grow deeper as i gain weight. I do not remember ever falling or hurting my butt in any way since i was kid. However, when younger(i'm 26years old now), i would get lots of injections on my butt, but those were done on the upper part of the butt and i can see the scars. Kindly help, since i do not feel confident putting on fitting clothes ever since i noticed the indent. Regards, K.M.

Hello, thanks for your question and photos. First of all, remember that the human body is not symmetrical. You will always have a little difference between the right and left sides of the body. Anyway, to correct any asymmetry in that area, you can have a BBL, injecting body fat in your buttocks...
I would excise the dimple. This would leave you with a hair line scar but would fix the dimpling. A fat transfer may not work in this case. Please be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.
